Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy describes information handled through internetfibersolutions.com, the Internet Fiber Solutions website for home internet information and phone-based sales assistance. It explains the website’s practices; internet providers and other third parties have their own privacy policies.
ZIP code entry
The ZIP tool uses the five-digit code you enter in your browser to prepare a phone assistance prompt. It does not perform an availability lookup or verify promotions. The website code does not send your ZIP to a lead database, an internet provider, or our phone team, or save it in cookies or browser storage. The entry is held temporarily in the page’s memory and is cleared when the page reloads. The current tool does not request a street address, use Google Maps autocomplete, or request your device’s precise location.
Phone inquiries
Phone links open your device’s calling application. Clicking a link does not itself place an order or subscribe you to marketing calls or texts. If you place a call, your telephone service and the receiving phone service process the call, and the recipient may receive your caller ID. Information you choose to discuss is handled as part of that inquiry.
Before providing personal information by phone, ask the representative who will receive it, whether the call is recorded, how information is retained, and whether it will be shared with a provider to help with your request. This website does not establish or verify those phone-service practices. Do not submit payment details or identity documents through the website.
Technical information and purposes
Hosting and network services may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and related logs to deliver the website, troubleshoot issues, and protect against misuse. Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on the site; your browser sends requests to Google, including network information such as your IP address.
Measurement, cookies, and third-party tags
The website loads Google Tag Manager, which can load tags configured in its published container. The website code queues a call_click event with the location of a phone link when you click it. This measures a click, not whether a call connected, an order was placed, or service was installed. That event does not contain your entered ZIP or the content of a phone conversation.
Depending on the published container configuration, third-party tags may collect page visits, device information, identifiers, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies. The website currently has no built-in cookie consent or advertising opt-out control. A ZIP entry or phone-link click is not a cookie-consent choice. For Google’s practices, read the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Recipients and third-party services
Website requests are processed by hosting and network services and by Google for the services described above. Other recipients and any additional data collected by measurement tags depend on the published Tag Manager configuration. Links to a third-party website take you to a service governed by that service’s policies. Your internet provider’s handling of account and service information is governed by its own notices and agreements.
Retention and security
The ZIP entry is temporary as described above. Retention periods for hosting logs, Google service data, and phone inquiry records depend on the service and its settings; this website does not specify or control all of those periods. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without entering a ZIP or calling. Your browser settings can block or delete cookies and restrict third-party scripts; some features or measurement may be affected. The website code does not currently implement a response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, and third-party tag behavior depends on its configuration.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on certain uses or disclosures of your personal information. Call (801) 210-0053 to make a privacy request or ask about information associated with a phone inquiry. Describe your request without sending sensitive documents; identity verification may be needed to protect your information. Requests concerning a provider’s records should also be directed to that provider.
Children
This website is intended for adults researching home internet service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a phone inquiry associated with this site, contact us to request assistance.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. For questions about this policy or to raise a privacy concern, contact Internet Fiber Solutions at (801) 210-0053.
